Dear friends,
We have to inform you that our beloved son Bart passed away suddenly on November 27. As you can imagine, we’re dealing with a lot of trivial and sublime matters. Amid searing pain, we are grateful to have had our Barty boy these last 21 years since the accident. For those so inclined, please pray for our family and Bart.
We’d also like to thank all of you for the outpouring of support we’ve received. Your emails, messages, and cards provide great comfort. We recently held a memorial fundraiser for the BART Foundation in Delmar, NY, with help from his many friends. The local newspaper wrote an article about it that we hope you’ll read. It was a special evening and one we’d like to share with you. We want Bart’s life and legacy to continue to help and inspire all families and individuals in the TBI/ABI community.
